The lack of customer service and disregard for the customer experience has made me frustrated.Today I’m about to embark on a new weight loss program. I double checked across the entire site and through all my email notifications and not once did Amway let its patrons know that this multi-year promotion would be ending. What is the purpose of providing the promotional coupons with my recent February order, only to let me know later that I can't redeem them? That is an extremely poor customer experience to provide a coupon the company has no intention of upholding. Even in my most recent Double X purchase back in February of this year, the promotional tabs were provided with no alert about the rapidly upcoming end date. I had collected 110 Double X promotional tabs only to find out while trying to redeem them that the multi-year promotion had abruptly ended with no communication. Everything was handled incredibly professionally, and I want to express my gratitude for Amway's services for the past 20 years. I really appreciate Consumer Affairs for taking my concerns into account and sincerely caring for me. I was contacted by Amway, and they resolved the matter with me well. Again, you do not need to sign up as an IBO to order. I hope my review helps you decide to try Amway products. I do at least 6-8 wash loads a week, so I order the laundry soap more often. I only order it once every couple of years. It also come concentrated and I mix with water in a spray bottle. My favorite cleaner is the Kitchen cleaner. They are more gentle that the products in the stores.

You can be a customer if you want to try the products. You don't have to be an IBO to order the products. Every now and then, I make a little extra money from sales. I don't push the product, but if someone wants it, I usually give them my website to order. I do have friends that order once in awhile. I sign up each year to get the IBO discount.

The cost per wash load is comparative or better that most laundry soaps on the market unless you are using a really cheap generic brand. When I first started using it, I wanted to make sure I was getting the amount of loads that the box stated, so I did a tally mark every time I used a scoop.
